I know that I have not been able to post a lot
However, I promise I have not let my blog to rot
My schedule has been packed
And I've been trying to find what I want to paint next.
So give me time!
My next drawing should be worth it.
I promise.

To compensate for my lack of posts,
I have decided to copy and paste one of my favorite poems
I have ever read below

The Jabberwocky
by Lewis Caroll

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
   Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
   And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son
   The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
   The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand;
   Long time the manxome foe he sought—
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
   And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
   The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
   And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
   The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
   He went galumphing back.

"And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
   Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!"
   He chortled in his joy.

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
   Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
   And the mome raths outgrabe.

La Fleur Solitaire

I know I am uploading a lot today, but I have a lot to share!
This flower, made today, is going to go along with the theme of French Titles.
It shall be named:  La Fleur Solitaire, or
The Lone Flower

Les Cloches De Vacances

Les Cloches De Vacances; translated, means "The Holiday Bells".
I've decided to start translating all my boring painting titles into French.
I mean everything sounds cooler in French, right?

The Flower

This seams like a pattern.
Most of my favorite pictures are from a while back.
I painted this a couple of years ago, and guess what it's called?
The Flower.

The Frog

Painted a while back, this is one of my favorite watercolors I have ever done.
I like to call it The Frog.
Creative, huh?
